					<description>The internet auto updating? Not until we have connections that can handle it simultaneously from millions of users at once. In theory we do now, but all our broadband connections are "burst" connections. Imagine all the extra stress put the servers serving those requests, imagine all the wasted bandwidth serving requests just for the sake of serving requests as there will be no new information many times. 

As for Office '07: Open Words options and set it to autosave every minute that should cover you</description>
